Ah the colors of the North Shore. Kinda. Actually this shot is from my back yard in Mililani - not quite North Shore, but since it is a favorite shot, you’ll just have to suffer. The pink flower, by the way, is a torch ginger.

Haleiwa Surf Board

Ah the colors of the North Shore. Better, huh? This is the front of a surf shop in Haleiwa. Still there, so feel free to drive by and copy my shot!

North Shore Waves

The North Shore is known for its big waves. In Winter. The rest of the year it’s pretty tame. Nice beaches though and usually less crowded than those closer to town. The color of thee water is what drew me to taking this shot. The bimbette just was a lucky fluke.
