When I travel to foreign lands I use taxis most of the time, but will take whatever local version of light rail they have from time to time. Hong Kong’s is the MTR and it’s the cheapest way to get around Kowloon and Hong Kong. This is a shot from the Tsim Sha Tsui station on the Kowloon side. Oh, and Please Que Up! | ||||||
Once a primary method of transportation in Hong Kong, rickshaws today are only for touri wanting a quick ride. Better to just take a picture. I mean do you really want this old guy to have to haul your fat ass down the street? | ||||||
Now here’s an unusual shot for me . . . actually shows the city. You might have noticed I do more detail shots than panoramas. But I really liked the ancient looking junk sailing by the busy modern metropolis so I snapped this one while riding the Star Ferry over to the Hong Kong side. | ||||||
